If we were to pay the extortionate fee that he's rumoured to cost (all of our budget) plus wages on a player who flopped in England and just had a poor season back in France I'd be mightily surprised and disappointed. Single, all eggs in one basket, 'Marquee' signings I.e Sakho and Benteke are not what will take this club forward long term.

I thought he looked good whenever I saw him play. Although we don’t really need a defensive midfielder he would be a decent buy. It would allow us to offload one of Kouyate, McCarthy, MacArthur or Milivojevic.

MacArthur y/day signed a contract extension along with Kelly, Henderson & Schlupp. So, i doubt he'll be going anywhere anytime soon, BUT, this is Palace.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

And let’s face it Roy wouldn’t play a real youngster in the middle. I didn’t see a rumoured fee. I saw he cost £40m but there’s no way Chelski are going to recoup more than half of that...
