Could even use Townsend who is left footed, and lo and behold Zaha on the right, who is right footed but why be so revolutionary, when the current system works so well. Look at all the goals and assists they have provided cutting in. Prolific.

Benrahma was listed but he is right-footed not left-footed.

In actual fact he seems very right-footed - keeps moving ball on to his right foot when out on the left, cutting in. It would appear that he doesn't like going on the outside and crossing with his left foot.

Has proved a good signing for Brentford for just under £6 Mill from Troyes.
Scored 16 goals last season.

I'd choose 1 or 2, lol.

It depends on the club's finances. If we had a lot of money, I'd take Diaby/Thauvin and Skov Olsen.

Less money, I'd take one of Suleymanov or Embalo and the free Kilinc or Eliasson. But all of them are pretty good. The low fee ones would be good to bring in and loan out 1-2 years, they might develop great.

Skov-Olsen would be a bit of a gamble but looks to have makings of a great winger, Robben-like. Would potentially have big sell on value too

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

So I get it that Benrahm was expensive. I really did and I wouldn't have paid more than 10 million for him either and they werr asking for like 25, but those foookers at Njmes Olympique from France paid 2.5 million for that guy on the first page original post, Niklas Eliasson from the Championship.

So how could they find someone within their money reach?? And what's the difference between him and Benrahma in the last 2 years:

Benrahma- 19 goals (but 4 from penalties) and 10 assists in 3950 minutes, so a total of 25 combined from open play in 3950 minutes

[Link]

Eliasson- 3 goals and 14 assists in 2400 minutes, so 17 combined in 2400 minutes, no penalties

[Link]

Yes, Eliasson has provided 8 less than Benrahma, but he has also played less minutes. He would have probably gotten to the same numbers as Benrahma in that same amount of time.

Here is a video of Eliasson: [Link]

Swedish but with Brazilian ancestry from his father, good dribbling.

Why foes a French top division see this talent and gives him the chance to play in a Top 5 league by payingbjust 2.5 million and we don't find a good player like Eliasson at this money?

At his age and level now he is a better left footed winger than the high earning Townsend, who was great in his time, but now at 30 years old is on a downhill.

Just pay the people 5 million in the winter for the man. If you weren't intelligent enough to pay 2.5 million for him now.... (see the original post)

You would never get Benrahma for £10m. I wouldn’t waste your breath Mattteo our club seem incapable of getting many transfers over the line

100%! Feel my blood pressure rising just thinking of how ineffective our “inverted winger” approach has been!
