Any Positives From Having No Fans at Games?

I think we would all agree that there is something seriously lacking when games are played out in empty stadiums i.e atmosphere.

However, it does seem to me, and I don't think I am imagining this, that there is less nonsense and shenanigans going on.

Without a fervent crowd to egg players on and validate their behaviour, players seem to be indulging less in diving and play acting. When fouls are committed there seems more of a willingness to get up and get on with the game. Also, I haven't noticed so much arguing and remonstrating with referees.

Without an impassioned and partial crowd baying for blood, silly behaviour does become more exposed and obvious.

Any thoughts?

I thought this would be the case myself but from what I have seen in prem and championship the diving and the rolling around as if been shot is still happening. Example, Grealish!! Also a lad who plays for West Brom not sure his name , he’s an embarrassment , so no in my opinion absolutely no positives to not having crowds at games ,

Pereira, whom WBA have had on loan from Sporting Lisbon (loan fee £750K) but have just signed him for £8 Mill.

That’s the one ! Wouldn’t want him anywhere near our squad with antics like that
