OK. There's most likely high probability of truth in this, from your post

• People who have power, control and money want more power, control and money
• Big Pharma wants to control the access to a vaccine and make billions out of it
• Powerful 'elites' on both 'sides' like a bit of underage action, and BOTH SIDES will do anything to prevent that
• 'Left wing' media has more muscle than 'right wing'
• The dems/'left wing'/liberals are using GF and other, similarly 'left wing' and liberal organisations such as BLM (sort of an organisation, more a 'movement') as a vehicle to get back into power
• The same people are trying to use a 'left' leaning media dominance to try to influence the general public
• People are 'waking up' to what they want to believe, to justify their existence, rather than what is most likely or even factual reality
• Trump is trying every play in the book to stay in power, above and below the belt, legal, illegal, moral, immoral
• Trump has campaign donations that far exceed the nearest democratic challenger

And not a lot in these, low probability items

• No 'elites' on the 'right' like a spot of underage action
• The 'right', including trump, will are not interested in their own self-preservation and care only about the proles
• The globally collaborative effort to create a vaccine by thousands of individuals across multiple companies, labs and educational institutions is actually one big plan to sterilise the worlds population
• That people with money and power only want what's best for others
• That the pandemic was a deliberate collusion between the elites and china to get Trump out of office (LOLE)
• Trump spends all his campaign cash on nice things like helping people and not on social media ads, disinformation and buying media, business and political support

I have to say out of all of it there's hardly anything particularly revolutionary in there, and quite a lot that is simply far too low a probability based on evidence as it stands today, to even consider rational.

There is an irony in being told to 'wake up' by someone who does still seem to be dreaming.
