So, no matter what your view of recent events and with what seems like constant negativity around Britain I thought id have a bit of light hearted fun... What actually makes you proud to be English/British?? For me David Jason, Cheese and pickle sandwiches and the Red Arrows!!... Go!!
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

The common sense and fairness of the silent majority. With all this madness going on you would think we are all of a certain political persuasion. However come election time we do not vote for extremists and never have done. I suspect most people are somewhat sympathetic to the problems of racism far more so that our European cousins. However BLM do not reflect the average man in the street and we do not like violence or vandalism. Time for Boris and the police to step up.

I wouldn't say proud (nor ashamed). I'd say happy to be this ethnicity (white British). It's the only one I know and it doesn't make me any better or worse than anyone else in the world.
