When he came to power there was some hope that he would lead North Korea on a more peaceful modern democratic path, he spent his childhood years in Switzerland and was educated there.

However as soon as he took over that counted for northing.

Anyone with that haircut was always going to be bonkers.

Until I hear that equally mad N Korean newsreading lady (the one who always gives it large about the latest missile launch) confirm it, I'll refuse to believe it. No doubt preceded by 7 days of military music.
