What do we do about refunds for away tickets?

got a leicester ticket but obviously wont happen, what do we do about refunds? club have released nothing about this?

All tickets remain valid until a decision on the direction of the season is officially made.
Should remain valid for the 'revised date' (if there is one) - however, if you can't attend you will be entitled to a full refund.
