Nimer is a Syrian who runs the office of one of the Arab billionaires. The question Charlton fans need answering is does he have the money or the backing? By summer Nimer has to pay £50m to the previous Belgium owner if he does that then it looks like Charlton are safe. We will see.

There appears to be real acrimony in the 'Corridors of power' at the club. Since they got promoted last season I believe they have signed 19 players with all bar one either on a Free or on loan.The only player to cost money was Macauley Bonne who cost about £200,000.They recouped nearly £2 Mill in sales by transferring Anfernee Dijksteel. The debentures held by previous directors carry charges over Duchatelet's company.
