I can’t be the only one but every match day when I’m in the stadium I can’t log in to any of my apps, facebook, Skysports.
I’d like to check the half time scores but all I get is a blank screen.
I have an iPhone 7 and my mate has an iPhone 6 which does the same whilst those around me I presume with android phones are ok.
Any ideas that can help please?

Can you switch between networks? Presumably a network problem, rather than phone.

Go to selhurst on a wednesday afternoon and try it. You'll log in fine. Try again on a saturday with 26,000 also trying and you get a delay.

On a similar slant, when you are at home, log in to your wifi on your phone - no probs. Invite 26,000 round to your house and get them to try to log on, big problems.

Its all about the stress put on the system, same thing as New years eve and all the idiots sending text messages at 11.55 that dont deliver untill the following morning.

Which was my point really, others around me aren’t having any issues on their devices which I presume are android.

I cant get any receptions with the WIFI, even when I switch it off and use up my data. I got Tribehive connect which is suppose to help with connection at the ground.

I used to be with O2 and it was rubbish, now with EE and it’s pretty good. Friends who have Vodafone and Three get on okay as well.

Apparently when I moaned about it in my local O2 shop when I was with them, it’s to do with how far the nearest antenna is to the ground.

Yes, O2 was hopeless in the ground and I never used to bother with my android phone as I could never get a signal. This season, however, I've not had any problems and can text/ browse the internet at half time to my heart's content!

O2 is cheaper for a reason. I wish I never took Martin Lewis’s advice on his website on this particular thing because he just focuses on what’s cheap rather than service and quality. I always didn’t mind paying a bit extra with 121 and then T-Mobile which became EE because if you called the call centre you actually got to talk to someone. Now on EE you get to use the phone when you need it. In buildings you can’t get service on O2 and other places yeah can’t either.

It is a bit annoying when those around me can get internet and I can't but it's only before and after the match I'm that worried. By the time I get to my scooter in the carpark I'm able to connect again.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
