Glad he's getting some experience out on loan. Good luck to him. Think it's a poor reflection on our u23s that there's next to no interest in clubs wanting to take them on loan. Hopefully things will improve with the continuing investments in that department.

The convectional wisdom is that loaning out youngsters to lower league sides gives them a chance to get some experience playing at senior level. I hope this works for Sam Woods but I don't recall it benefitting any of other our youngsters who have been shipped out in terms of them returning and challenging for selection at senior level.

Well if he plays, in the next couple of weeks Hamilton are playing Aberdeen, Celtic and Rangers.
