We only appear to be associated with players who have not featured in the teams they are currently playing for. This is another case. I get the feeling that agents are just peddling their players to clubs that have indicated that they need players in certain positions.

Undoubted talent, questionable temperament. I wanted us to go for him when he was leaving Spurs. Unlock his good side and we'd finally have a midfielder who is comfortable on the ball and can pick a forward pass... or we could just end up with a disruptive force. If it was a loan with sensible option to buy then I'd take the risk.

Underwhelming is the word I’d use. Other article I read was we are sniffing around Kasey Palmer along with Swansea. He is out of favour at Bristol city for non footballing reasons!!

Given the way journalists make up transfer news, I'm surprised they would be falsely linking us with a midfielder. We have Luca, McArthur, Reidewald. Roy has signed Mayer, Camarasa, McCarthy. He still chooses to play Schlupp as a CM, and we have Dreher, Pierrick, and Kirby coming through. We are crying out for a right back and a striker, then a number 10 and a winger.
