Of those two Vlad is estimated to have killed 80,000 people. Not saying Henry was a bargain but that must secure the award. That said I had a boss in the 90s who was a bigger ba*tard than either of them.

I watched a documentary a while back on the History Channel. He was one bad motherf***er, especially towards the invading Muslim hordes, probably after the treatment they meted out to one of his sons.
