Apparently he's going on 'I'm a celebrity, get me out of here'

I think he needs punishing for kissing the Arsenal badge in front of us at Highbury all those years ago.

Get phoning in people. I want to see him eating kangaroo's cock.

Yep...I quite like Wright but when people still held on to the anger about Bostock.....who was a teenager yet gave Wright a pass for what I considered a massive insult to the club that made him....It just reveals that for some it's not really about loyalty more than how popular someone is.

I've never really gotten over that.....Wright is Arsenal in his head....we were the starter and they are the main course....That's just how it is.

Nevertheless there's a way of scoring against your old club and a way not to.

Wrighty is a bit of a whinger but I admire his passion and determination.
Wherever his loyalties lie now, his time at Palace was unforgettable and very exciting for fans. For that, he will always be a Palace hero.

Exactly this, a palace legend and still my hero and I’m chuffed he’s going in the jungle.

Quite rightly he’s proud of what he achieved at Arsenal and any Palace fans Who STILL bleat on about or hold it against him for kissing his Arsenal badge in the heat of battle are either idiots or they never actually see him play for Palace.

I watched his debut for palace and he was my favourite player in my teens but I was at Highbury that day when he scored and kissed the badge and I lost all respect for him I'll always think of him as Judas it's not rational but supporting a football team isn't about what's sensible and rational

walking down the holmesdale road to see the palace aces!

Oh, I saw him play for Palace literally hundreds of times in the flesh, and am no idiot, but STILL think he was bang out of order for doing that in front of us. Especially as that goal helped relegate us.

Always preferred Brighty myself.

Of course he was out of order, but if you let that one incident taint the 6 fantastic years he gave us and you blame him in any way shape or form for our relegation after a 42 game league season, I do wonder about the mentality of some fans.

Who said I blamed him for our relegation ?

I said that his goal, against the club that gave him his chance when nobody else would, HELPED relegate us. And for him to then run in front of the Clock End celebrating and kissing the badge was a cvntish thing to do.

By the way, I would question the mentality of anyone who was 'chuffed' about anyone going into the jungle ?

So there's your way of regarding that incident and everyone else is an idiot.

Yeah, ok Mr Marmite.

I'd be worried if I was in Wright's PR/Management team. I reckon it's only a matter of days before he says something really stupid on TV that ends his media career.

Easy to be a certain way on a 15 minute half time segment but 24 hours a day, I think he could say something outlandish that lands him in hot water.

Whoever it was who made the correlation between footballers and stupidity was absolutely right.
