Can't see us spending £30+ million on a striker when we've got Wickham and Benteke, who doesn't want to leave. I see another loaned striker coming in. A decent attacking midfielder is what we should be targeting. Someone who can change the game from the middle of the park.

But if I had to buy players then Clyne as a shoe in, not sure about the rest because it depends who goes. If Benteke stays and Wickham then it makes it difficult to buy another striker. I dont see any obvious strikers about at the moment that would fit in. To make too many changes could be a dangerous thing to do. If Benteke forgets last season and starts afresh we might not need to splash out in that department. I would like to see Meyer pushed further up alongside Benteke at home. And I cant see much wrong with the away team or tactics.

£55m blown on that shopping list would be impressive by any standards.
