Hi Holers,

Firstly Mods if this is not allowed I apologise in advance and feel free to remove!

My brother in law is currently serving in the army and for the 75th Anniversairy of the D-Day landings he will be running 75 miles from Tarrant Rushton Airfield in dorset to Pegasus Bridge (with a short boat trip in the middle) in 2 days. All money raised will be going to the Veterans Charity a great cause supporting ex-serving personnel.

Its a great cause and any donations would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately he is a gooner but he gets to a few palace games when i can drag him along (still a bit of work to do to convert him).

Anyway here is the link with a more detailed breakdown of his challenge!

Hopefully this is all within the forum rules, if not again i apologise!

thanks for reading!

No Idea if anyone is interested but i'll give an update anyway!

The Boys set off from Dorset at 6pm Yesterday evening running through the night. After running 62 Miles they arrived in Portsmouth this afternoon and now taking a much needed break.

They'll board a ferry at 10pm this evening and continue tomorrow morning to complete the final 13 miles finishing at Pegasus bridge.

It has been a mammoth effort from the 2 lads and any donations will be greatly appreciated, just follow the link in the comment above!

Cheers
