Nothing knew here. Women have always been treated more leniently than men when it comes to gaol sentences. Apparently the calls for equality haven't reached this part of our society yet but I am sure the feminists are working on it.

Real men have known how this works for centuries because society has never treated women the same. Why would it, men and women are different. Many modern day feminists(both male and female) only focus upon the negatives and ignore, downplay, demonise or lie about the advantages the female gender gets in certain circumstances. I have no issues with what happened here.....but I have massive issues with the myopic and disingenuous nature of modern day feminism. The fact that this judge feels that she can directly state her attitude also reveals a lot about the modern day attitudes that many in that middle to upper class feel comfortable with.
