I read in amazement that Neil Warnock was not to be punished by the FA for giving the referee a hard stare.

How the FA can even think about trying to punish someone for excessive glaring is beyond me and only goes to show the world what a bunch of dickheads they are

Unfortunately he will get punished for his comments about referees and Mike Riley. A sad state of affairs when a manager cannot openly express his views on a key part of the game without being fined.

It’s a disgrace. He’ll be frowning next. I was going to say raising his eyebrows but he hasn’t got any.

Yep, I'm all for supporting referees and I understand that mistakes are part and parcel......However, the idea that a manager can't relate his emotions isn't healthy.

Refs need to have thick skins and good minds.....much more money needs to be spent on getting them in.....and snowflakes and other sensitives need to be kept well away.

If charged, he will be found guilty but if the FA had any balls they will just fine him a token £1, just to demonstrate to the ref and linesman that they were diabolical.

Managers have been seen berating the 4th official forcibly and with frog-eyed frenxy but they never get punished for their actions.

To my miniscule mind, this is far worse than mere glaring at officials for a key decision which went against their team.Totally understandable that Warnock was in a hissy fit and to his credit he never used abusive language aimed at them.

I would love to see officials interviewed after the match giving their opinion on how managers managed and players played.

Like '???? doesn't know what he's doing he missed a very easy goal scoring chance'

'Why did the manager keep ???? on it was obvious he should of substituted him with the mistakes he was making.'

Warnock is one of the only managers with the balls to come out and say something. Heard his call into Talksport on monday and everything he said was true. Our officials are being trained terribly, its all down to Mike Riley not having a clue about the game. They are trained to be robots rather than use their brains and come out with a load of rubbish when they make a mistake.
