Anyone else see and hear the PSG Ultras in action last night at Old Trafford?
There were 3,500 of them and they completely took Old Trafford. They sang from start to finish. Man U fans where were you?
On Sunday we have got 3000 plus going to Donnie and it’s live on telly.
If the PSG boys can take Old Trafford with the same number we should be on for quite a show on Sunday.
They got right behind their team and probably helped them win
Our boys are just as loud and sing just as much. Roll on Sunday!!

Yes it’s surprising how quite a low percentage of the crowd can out out sing the home fans on such a big occasion, but on the other hand they did look like a bunch of mainly hardcore ultra fans doing what they do best.
Hope we can make most of the noise on Sunday and stay with the team even if it’s not going to plan. We are spread across a whole end so not sure if that will help or hinder but if the HF are there in the middle with the drum it should keep us together.
We must remember the cameras are there willing us to trip up !

Lets hope we all do our bit and back the Fanatics/singers. The years during which we got our reputation for support, everyone joined in...Hardly anyone does these days!
Even just clapping along makes a difference to spread it. Also according to twitter the HF were in the away section at old Trafford with PSG last night, it did look and sound pretty impressive.

Great atmosphere, I was to the right of the main ultras singing area and it certainly spread. Excellent, we need to keep this up!

Saw it on the box and the Palace fans sounded decent. We have unfortunately become too reliant on the HF as when they’re not at the games, we’re as average as everyone else. Every song we know sung in the first 5 mins at 100 mph!

If everyone sung with the HF throughout, it would be awesome. Singing section will help, and hopefully they’ll manage to arrange the same thing for more away games in future.

let's not forget that for those watching on tv, the broadcasters always overload the sound with that from the away fans anyway...

Where tf did you get that idea from?!

For the record, the singing at Donny was pretty much constant and not just from the HF. They had a good central position and lead proceedings with every song in our repetoire.
The second half was shocking yet we continued to sing and even Donny fans acknowledged our efforts after the match.

Why put any kind of negative slant on proceedings?

He's correct, broadcasters do put their mics near away support. He hasn't denigraded the efforts of our support in stating where microphones are placed.

Well whatever you think, the noise at Leicester from our boys was immense.

Reminds me of the movie Escape to Victory where the German commentator turns up the volume for the German supporters. They do the same at West Ham's ground (only partially joking).

I was sitting on the opposite side of the stadium and halfway through the first half when we were being outplayed I said to my mate "Well at least our lot can out sing yours"

Absolutely brilliant yesterday as is now usual at away matches, didn't hear a clapper all afternoon, as the song goes, We are Palace we clap with our hands we don't need clappers we clap with our hands. Happy to be a small part of what has become recognised as one of if not the best away support in the prem.
