Can't quite understand the manager here, we have a great result against spurs with players flying, and we drop em, ie Wickham, Meyer and put on Ayew as centre forward and leave Wickham out after he scored, great decision for moral, and Meyer who ran the Palace middle, we could and should have walloped the saints but Roys safety first, over cautious selection policy is costing us big time, Ayew can't hit a barn door so drop him, most frustrating!!!

Thought we actually played extremely well today for most of it. Initially thought Wickham should've started instead of Ayew as well, but ayew did do a good job of putting pressure on their centre backs all game without the ball.

No one said he should play the whole game but you would expect him to get a run out even if it was 15min same with Benteke who did only got what 15min on Sunday.

It's very poor from Roy and is really showing other then position work he really doesn't have a clue about things like tactics or changing a game

Roy got it right and so did the southampton players by utilising the ref after realising he was a total useless c...!

Just back from the game. Same old boring Roy!. No idea on substitutions. Should of bought on Meyer to freshen things up in midfield .
Southampton made all three subs which made the difference for them getting the draw.
Even the Palace faithful were singing to Roy to make a sub.
Should of had the 3points tonight and Roy is is to blame yet again.
