cheers, I purchased 6 tickets for the home game vs Fulham at Arthur Walt Stand U row 45, seats 97-102. As we are from Austria and visiting Selhurst Park first time Iam not sure if we have good view from there (stadium view did not work on my device when I bought the tickets). I saw that from the upper rows it can be that the roof limits the view so you only see the pitch and nothing else is this true? on the other side I heard that atmostphere is great at Arthur Walt Stand. Maybe someone of you guys can tell me more detailled and let me know some good pubs to visit before and after the game thanks a lot!!!

Row 45 will mean that your view won't be obscured by the roof. Which pub will probably be determined by where you are coming from. If Selhurst then I normally drink in The Holmesdale. If you guys want to pop in and buy me a pint then I'm sure that would be fine Enjoy the game mate.

thanks for the reply mate! I think we will visit Holmesdale then! If we meet each other there we would buy you a pint for sure - if you see 6 guys talking strange type of German - thats us ... maybe then you could recommend us some other good pubs and locations in London we won't find on tripadvisor

Really nice little boozer.

Never sat that high before but so can't really comment on the view. The atmosphere is decent, better the further left you go IMO. But what I will say is that sitting in the Arthur, you should be prepared to queue 5 minutes for literally anything. In other words, require as little as possible of the facilities after kick off.

Have a slash before you get to the ground as the queues for the bogs are long.

If you are sitting that far back all the high balls get obscured by the gantry.
