The FdB rot has well and truly set in at Atlanta United FC. Played two, lost season opener away to DC United 0-2, drew home opener to expansion team FC Cincinnati 1-1 on an 85th minute equalizer. In CONCACAF Champs League play, lost 1-3 away to CF Herediano (Costa Rica) before winning home leg 4-0 in Round of 16 (5-3 agg) (entry point). Lost away in first leg of quarter finals to Cf Monterrey (Mexico) 0-3. To be fair, de Boer could do little to keep Almiron as all contracts are owned by the league, not the individual clubs. At least AUFC is not a nursery club like NYCFC (Man City) & NY Red Bulls (RB Leipzig/Red Bull Salzburg). That's why I transferred my MLS allegiances to FC Cincinnati. Is it fair to judge FDB after 4 matches in charge of Palace? Like judging Brian Clough at Leeds? Most people thought Solskjaer was rubbish after his Cardiff stint Sometimes you can be the right man at the wrong time
