i just thought i would resurrect the Croydon Advertiser headline for us. We knocked Liverpool, city and Chelsea ( if i recall correctly) all off their title challenge. As the champions elect look forward to an easy game against a struggling relegation-threatened club, pretty much a formality to just show up and beat us easily...we always pop up like Kayla's claws and give them something to think about.

it was nice to see the scousers visiting Selhurst with all their commemorative title t-shirts, scarves and flags. As embarrassing as a premature ejaculation. Palace popped their balloon.

maybe we just did it again ?

I don't give a toss who wins it (although God forbid that weed should get anywhere close). Going to top six places and turning them over is fabulous in all cases.

We play better against top 6 sides than we do bottom 6 and this issue has not been restricted to this season. We need to find a way to break down the poorer teams other than just hitting them on the break.

Few things in life have given me greater pleasure than seeing Palace nause Liverpool's title hopes at Crystanbul.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Interesting analysis of Palace tactics in the game in today's Telegraph.

That was definitely my favourite result in a game we didn't actually win. They came expecting to run in loads of goals to give them a reasonable tilt at the title, thought they were entitled to a couple more after 75 minutes but by the time it was over their chances of winning it had been properly flushed down the toliet.

Yes i noted this a while back.
Bigger teams give us a bit more space as they are better players with better organisation.
Less higher quality clubs hassle us like we hassle them.
Maybe we should act like the better clubs as we do generally have better players than those around us.

Ours aren’t good enough. You look at the precision with what city do when you’ve made an error or leave an area vulnerable.
