A year ago I would never have believed this would be made however it happens this Saturday.

Is it possible to see anything other that a Canelo victory?

Believe it would go down as one of the greatest wins ever by an English fighter should Rocky do a real life Rocky and somehow find a way to win.

I think I saw 11/1 for a Fielding knock out win yesterday.

If those odds are still about come Friday I think I'm putting a tenner on that.....I think Fielding gets stopped but Fielding has genuine and well known power and size against what is in reality a super-welterweight.....He has a genuine chance if he connects properly.

He'd have to really buzz him badly because the promoter and ref would do everything to keep their cash cow.

When the opposition camp start talking up the opponent's chances, you know he is in trouble.
Fielding is a good fighter but I will be amazed if Alverez doesn't show that he is in a different class.

Yep...true....but a 11 to 1 in a two horse race....in a higher weight class against a known puncher.

I'm probably losing that tenner but that's some tasty odds.

The size difference is massive.
Fieldings reach/jab should be a massive factor, but when I’ve heard him talk he sounds like he’s one of Canelos fans, think mentally he’s already lost, needs to remember he’s a world champion.
Remember when Callum Smith smashed him in 30 odd seconds.
Agree with Tom, this would be one of the biggest upsets ever.

Yep....You'd hope that Fielding learnt from that....but I agree that he doesn't come across as serious....more like he's happy just to be there.

But this boy can punch and he has nothing to lose.....You never know....If he connects with those physical advantages even old Canelo on peds might not be able to cope.

But you're right.....it's much more likely that the guy on the deck will be Fielding.

He's not really a World Champion. This WBA Regular and WBA Super belts nonsense is a load of bollocks. It's like acknowledging Whyte as a WBC champion because he holds their Silver belt.

Yep, you are right , I was forgetting that it was a Mickey Mouse belt. Don’t think I’ve seen a picture of him the last 2 weeks without it over his shoulder.
Can imagine him wanting a selfie in the ring with with Canelo before the fight, hope he gives it a go. There’s no point hanging around Kings cross in fishnets and f*ck me boots if you aren’t prepared to suck a few c*cks!

I'd be more interested in Callum Smith v Alvarez.

Agree. But don’t think that Canelo would go up a division and fight someone as dangerous as Smith. Not saying he would win, but I think Smith would be confident going into the fight.

Yes probably, think he will try and break him down with body shots and slow him right down.
Nice to have a half interesting fight that isn’t going to set us back a score.
