Thank god the current BBC management were not in charge in 1940. They would have been advocating surrender as the Germans are too powerful.

'They would have been advocating surrender as the Germans are too powerful'. You are lining them up for me. In 1940 the tories were doing precisely that, advocating surrender. Churchill only stopped them by appealing to labour. If you don't like the BBC just watch something else, there is already a thread on it here for some reason.

Clearly worth it's own thread The point is that the BBC work and are funded by *us* (the majority Brexit voting public)

Lord Halifax and a rump of Tories wanted to negotiate a peace treaty most of the Tory party didn't. I accept that most of the Labour party to their credit also wanted to fight.

I assume you mean "on the subject of Brexit". And as such, what else should they be reporting on? They are merely reporting on what ministers, government and the BOE is saying. What is it that they are not reporting on? What is missing?

However, pro Brexit voices are out there and BBC don't put them on the main page with these voices. Farage, Batten and pro Brexit groups are producing commentary all the time. The fact is the BBC is meant to be objective and giving equal coverage....especially since leave won this debate. However, as we have seen with analysis of the BBC's output.....They don't give anything like equal coverage. That's because editors at the BBC see themselves as more like the Guardian than a neutral and balanced news provider. It shouldn't be the case considering how they are funded......it's been a disfigurement for decades now and it will lead to its demise. Edited by Stirlingsays (29 Nov 2018 11.11am)

I've probably been brainwashed by the communist dog traitor of bbc but for the sake of balance is anyone able to post a link to a positive economic forecast for brexit just so l can check assumptions . Tried a few different Google questions but can't find any, l know Google is the lick spittle lackey of the establishment.
