Attacks a car in broad daylight with a massive knife. He only has to wear a tag for a little while as he's had some tough times. What a c***. How long til he murders someone or someone murders him? There's no excuses for this behavior. He doesn't deserve a place in society.

There's no excuses for this behavior. He doesn't deserve a place in society. I think what worries me is that he is a career criminal with a previous conviction for carrying a knife. He was kidnapped by a drug gang, why? Was it because he was an innocent law abiding person or maybe something else? In this incident he was the aggressor he wasn't defending himself but attacked a driver who cut him up. I really can't see why there were mitigating circumstances especially as this wasn't his first offence. I hope that this sentence is appealed.
