In an ideal world, starting jan and then the summer, from our squad - who do we keep.

(I felt like this past summer we really needed to look at the squad and start from scratch, keep those we needed and add - obviously it's never as easy as that as it probably takes 2/3 windows to get the team you want, then the manager usually hits a wall and is gone. That's why it's interesting to hear certain managers say they feel more like a head coach than manager - which in a way i like, as the DOF sets the long term game plan, has a vision and get's in a coaching set up that can play that way - makes sense when you compare our premiership managers - Holloway; counter attack, no defense, Pulis; all defense then set piece it. Warnock - just go out, have a kick about, get back home for dinner, Pardew; attack, no defense, SA; defense then counter, maybe. FDB; ignore the opposition, just stick to passing from the back and Hodgson, a little bit of everything).
