Saw them at the 02 Wednesday, never fail to give an absolute amazing concert, saw them 40 years ago at Wembley arena with their famous flying saucer set, they are just superb, although a complete different line up, except for Jeff lynne, who is every bit as good as he was all those years back, roll over Beethoven, rock on Jeff!!

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

I love ELO

Saw Jeff Lynne last October at the O2 but was a bit gutted that they did a bigger show at Wembley Stadium which passed me by somehow. I hate going to Wembley anyway so nevermind.

Not a performer that is particularly exciting to see live but you go for the tunes. 'A New World Record' is of the best albums ever and 'Out of the Blue' and Time are also superb. You can't beat a bit of Jeff.

I’d recommend ‘The ELO Experience’ tribute act, seen them twice at the Churchill theatre in Bromley and they’re superb!!

I would never go to Wembley stadium to see a band tbh, billy joel is there next year, I've seen him a few times but wouldn't pay to see him in the stadium. Changing the subject were off to see the manfreds in Southend on Saturday night, fish and chips and "live" music.

Just read, they’re the official number 1 UK tribute artist 2018, and they’ve been given a life time achievement award

One of my first concerts - was amazing when that saucer lifted and ELO was playing beneath. I would say it’s the best concert I’ve seen. Saw them a couple of years back in the legend slot at Glastonbury. Brought back great memories of that wembley concert. Still love listening to them. The music lives on :-) Perhaps the Foo Fighters the following year at Glastonbury comes close to equaling that ELO concert?
