First season able to see a number of games . Brought a goold membership and 3 home game tickets so far this season. Roughly about 300 loyalty points . What can you use the points for ? Anybody know roughly how many points you need for the store ? Any info would be great ... apparently the points are not worth getting excited about :/ thanks

I am afraid your 300 points won’t really help you with much but keep it going, it’s good to have a perchase history when you want tickets the more points you have the sooner and more desirable tickets you can buy and that is about it really. You can get points by spending in the shop or for food etc. Hope that helps COYE

Loyalty points buy away tickets and that's about it I think.

Loyalty points are earned through the purchase of home and away tickets, season tickets, food and drink inside the stadium and merchandise in the club shop.

They don't have any cash value, so for example 1000 points doesn't get you a scarf.

The only thing they are pretty much used for is the allocation of away tickets. The points don't 'pay' for tickets - they merely entitle you to access to buy them

The most in demand away tickets are Bournemouth away and the big London away games.

I think you'd need 5000 points to be sure of a Bournemouth away ticket, although it might go a bit lower this year as it is an evening game on tv

So as you can see, there are a small percentage of Palace fans who have been to loads of games (pretty much all of them for the last 6 years) and have thousands of points, which in turn pretty much guarantees them tickets to future games.

If you haven't got thousands of points then it is a long process to catch up - you'd have to go to pretty much every home and away game you qualify to buy to get anywhere near the highest points thresholds.

It is particularly harsh on younger or newer fans who haven't built up to the big numbers.
