Liverpool want rid on a perm and won't let him go on loan. Only 23 so still time to get better? Better option than Ings if them rumours were true. Ignore this. Just read they want £26mill lolol Wow! Edited by DeanMiles (30 Jul 2018 4.50pm) Edited by DeanMiles (30 Jul 2018 4.50pm)

I have always like Origi, but I have thought of him as an instead of Benteke, not as well as Benteke.

Origi is great for a 23 year old, I'd love if he came to Palace. But Liverpool want 25 million for him and he's second on Valencia's list, a Champions League qualified team who can pay that money, behind Bathuayi from Chelsea, but ahead of Andre Silva, Portugal's great hope and Milan's player. Origi has played both striker and winger and has just as many assists as he has goals. Wolfsburg had some tough years lately, but Origi has been steadily good. In my opinion, he offers more than someone like Sturridge simply by running and pressing and getting into positions. Sturridge is abetter finisher, but lazier. Liverpool would do better keeping Origi rather than Sturridge, but it's their party...
