Cesc Fābregas (suggestion)

We need central midfielders and Cesc isn't getting as many games for Chelsea as he would like. Still a very talented player with good passing ability. Would he be worth signing to take Cabaye's role next to Luka? We need to be building a strong team around Wilf if we want to keep him for the long run.

Or Fredericks, free as well. Or a Joe Allen or a Shelvey. Fabregas is probably on 6-8 million / year. Unless Chelsea are all of a sudden benefactors and are willing to loan him to us for free AND pay most of his wages...

Class player who Chelsea SHOULD be using a lot more. He's get into most teams in the Prem and elsewhere so not a chance of him coming here.
