box office systems problems

Anyone else had this problem? I chose seats for Saints match and added to basket. When I went to basket, it said it was empty. But when I went via quick seats, they went to basket OK. Can be pain as there are specific seats I'd prefer to choose

Yes, I did! Exactly the same problem you encoutered. Couldn‘ t choose a specific seat for the same game. Showed it to my work-mate and he assumed that it could be linked to specific settings of the IT-Firewall in the office but wasn‘ t sure. Anyhow, if you or anybody else find a solution, it would be appreciated .........
