This is not aimed at anyone in particular just a suggestion. Most people are pretty good at making their point however over the months I keep seeing posts with a link attached and very little description. The link takes you to a video 30-40 minutes again with very little description. In short I am supposed to listen to some bloke I have never heard of who take half an hour to say he likes / dislikes Trump for example. Quite frankly I am not going to waste my time when I don't really have a clue as to what I am supposed to be watching. For example (I am making this up) "This is the latest thing that Trump is up to (link)" What are you saying? Clearly you want me to watch the video or read the article so help me out please with a little description. I am not expecting War and Peace but how about "so and so broadcaster is stating that Trump's latest immigration policy is a disaster this presenter outlines in detail why." I know its a minor grumble but if you want us to read your post a little bit of clarity will go a long way. Otherwise I wont bother and I suspect neither will others. And again I am not pointing the finger at anyone in particular. PS If you really want to be helpful indicating an approximate time in a video where a key point is made would be useful. Some posters already do this and I am grateful for it. Edited by Badger11 (19 Jun 2018 1.03pm)

My bête noire is people starting a thread with a link to a contentious article elsewhere inviting comments without bothering to give their own. One particular individual is fond of doing this

I don't go to links. Especially where the post is just a link, usually to some media totally unreliable anyway. Does the poster not have a mind of his/her own?

Best links are in the MP3 thread I hate links that say This: [Link] If someone asks what your favourite tune is at least title the link, life is too short.

I need to fill my life with visits to Selhurst Park.
