The Liverpool game aside we have a good opportunity in our first 8 games to get points on the board against what you would like to think are the 'weaker' Premiership sides.

Brighton away again on a Tuesday night FFS..

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Yep thought the same, and the run in is not too bad either!

Better than last year. It looks much more spread out.

It looks like the fixtures gods have been kind, no one period where we just face the top 6. Assuming we keep our run I form, the start is a great chance to build some points and look up not down

Happy happy JOY, JOY!

Run in's pretty good again. Didn't really want a promoted team first thing and away from home as well. But let's see. The excitement begins.
And so much for the idea that the top six get kept apart on the opening day. It holds true for the last day though.

Except November when we face 3 of the top 4 in our 3 matches?

Nice start, Liverpool home 2nd game will always give us a chance of an early upset and a nice run of winnable games after that could throw us up the table. Comfortable run in as well just encase we need it!

Hopefully we'll have a decent points tally by then after a relatively kind start, which might allow us to go into those games more relaxed and confident.

Hmmm, I’m sure I remember similar comments almost exactly a year ago

The HOL headline article refers to this as the “M20 derby” so I assume that Brighton have relocated to Kent again.

Wilf had best put on his strongest shin pads as Fulham did a hatchet job on Grealish in the play off final.
