He's a decent player, good passer of the ball, not sure if he's quite good enough to step into our first 11, and on that basis I wouldn't' go for him . However a player I would go for is Odsonne édouard , who was on loan at Celtic last season and is available for £10 million. Classy, skilful, striker, much better than Sakho

To be fair that's not what we employ Sakho for is it?

Celtic fans seem in two minds about him. Some love him - some hate him. He was also injured for part of last season but had a good 16/17 season. A full Scottish international - a shoe-in if Jimmy Mac ever leaves?

Attacking midfield, great clips on youtube, two footed would be a steal for 4 million

Hmm, not great quality in defence in those clips; he took his time picking off some of them. And I suspect premier league keepers would have saved quite a few. Thus, he would have to accept far less chances; and quite a few being annoyingly saved.

That said, some true beauties in that bunch; and I was particularly impressed by the few loose scraps he picked up which is where I suspect most of his goals would come from down here.

If he comes and carries this confidence with him, he could score double figures. But can he thread a pass?

That’s exactly what I was thinking. The nonexistent defending was helping him with quite a few of those goal, he won’t get that laughable time and space in the prem. but if our scouts think he can do a job then great, they know far more than me (maybe?).
