payments owed to club by former managers

A lot of discussion at present about Palace not submitting accounts but does anybody know whether the Club actually received any of the money owed to us by former managers who walked out ? I recall that Tony Pullis was told by a Court to repay £2m whilst I believe that a similar amount was due when Big Sam 'retired' at the end of last Season only to become manager of Everton six months later. Some years ago, Ian Dowie had Court action taken against him when he left us to return 'up North with his family' but then turned up at Charlton about five miles from Selhurst Park as their new manager. Not sure what the outcome of this one was. Can anyone please advise over the above ?

The questions relating to Pulis and Pardew (and possibly Allardyce as well) are easily answered by having a quick look at the 2016/17 accounts......oh

i remember back in the day when terry venabals was in charge when his contract was terminated insted of a payment he was given shares in the club , correct me if im wrong . memory is a bit fuzzy about it .
