Aggers asked him some duff, generic questions that he played a straight bat to.
Quite possibly my favourite Palace player ever. But then I am now middle-aged.

Got it! Wasn’t thinking straight. (Also it’s antidote )

I remember back in the day thinking WTF are we wasting so much money on a goalie for FFS. Little did I know at the time that we had bought “England’s England’s number one...”

Yes I recall his debut for us - we lost 3-2 at Home to Tottenham.

When I last spoke to him,perhaps a couple of years ago,he was not involved in football at all and cannot really kick a ball because of his ankle.
