I am considering taking out a Crystal Palace Membership next season, Silver or Gold (should they be available), never had one before and I would be grateful for any comments or advice from HOLers. I know I can get information from the club but it's not really the horse's mouth is it? I have supported Palace for over 60 years am retired and live on the far edge of the New Forest.I hope to be able to get to, say, about half a dozen home games and maybe away tickets for fixtures near me at Southampton and Bournemouth. Presumably as a Gold Member I would get first dibs and if Silver I would have to make do with the scraps? But bearing in mind the small number of matches that I would be able to attend and that I would be happy with any game, I don't need to go to the biggies is there any benefit in the Gold over the Silver membership? And what about the seat? Is there some choice? Where would be the best place to sit? I don't mind being in the thick of it, in fact it quite appeals to me. In the past I have parked near Woodside Green, lunch at the Joiners ( a haunt of my youth) then leg it to the ground and back. There may be better alternatives? All suggestions gratefully welcome.

Good luck with that I am season ticket with over 2000 loyalty points and haven't managed this yet.

Go for the gold mate Forget about getting away tickets for Bournemouth as we get such a small allocation you wont get one. Southampton we get a better allocation so never had too much of a problem getting tickets for their library. Quite a few Palace fans in the New Forest and Bournemouth area. When travelling up get the train mate.

Not Bournemouth, but surely it would have been enough for Southampton? Originally posted by Spiderman

Go for Gold, though forget about Bournemouth away, no chance. Originally posted by Pascal Treacly
