Good call but we have absolutely no chance to sign him...
First he is a starter in Lyon a top French fighting for the title and that are surely going to play Champions League next year and he is on the radar of Barcelona + the coach and president of Lyon already said he was part of the future of the club.
So yeah we are in the Premier League but I don't see a reason for him to come to us plus we will need crazy amount of money to sign him.
