Apparently because she tweeted she would have voted for him if she could. Shame on you shania! Not for saying you would have voted for him but thinking you have to apologise. Was it because many of your young fans will stop downloading your songs? Or is it the outraged anti-trump brigade that might troll you on Twitter? Either way that don’t impress me much.

Same as the Dixie Chicks who spoke out against the Iraq war, fair enough. But then they had a tearful meltdown when they realised that their fan base was not Hollywood liberal and suddenly they wern't against the war. I don't even understand Twain's apology. She was very clear that she liked Trump's forthrightness whilst not agreeing with his policies. Then she apologises so what! She doesn't like his outspokenness after all? Celebrities must be the worst type of people to follow. Always jumping from one bandwagon to another Heard Matt Smith thinks Claire Foy should have been paid the same as him. Well he kept that quiet until he got his pay check. I bet he didn't offer to reduce his salary to match hers. One more point
