He has been prove there was no case of discriminatory misconduct,
What is going to happen to the person who made the complaint.
NOTHING why?
The guy was facing 5 match ban and being labelled a racists, what happens, it all gets forgotten about NO, this will hang over him regardless, the the player who made the accusation gets let off with not even a slap on the wrist.
Sorry im no racist or homophobic or anything, but i do get feed up that the person who makes the claim can do it without fear of being found tobe lying to cause a major problem
Time to make the laws work always not oneway.

To be completely accurate, the decision was "not proven", in that there was insufficient evidence to conclude the matter in favour of either party.

Person who doesn't have English as his first language misheard an insult. Without a witness for either side, nor any evidence, it should've been dismissed a long time ago.

Rodriguez's defence is more likely than the accusation, as he'd hardly have been likely to be racist while making an obvious gesture that showed that something was going on between them.

He had a lip reader ready to prove his innocents also saying someone stinks doesnt warrant being pulled in front of the FA, at any time the player could have stopped it, but no didnt have the guts to say he had got it wrong, which is a sad indictment on todays society that you can point a finger at someone but not admit they got it wrong, Rodiguez will have this hanging over him ever match

I suspect that this won't be the case.
Rodriguez categorically denied the charge and employed a lip reader and a QC to substantiate his claims that he was innocent.
It does look as though Rodriguez knew damn well he never made any racist comments hence went to the lengths as described above.

As for Brighton they have said that the claim of racism was made "In good faith", nothing about being disappointed with the outcome and they were supporting their player - one suspects that fingers will be pointed at Bong rather than Rodriguez although it is feasible that Bong mis-interpreted the whole situation.

With no witnesses, it was always going to be unproven.

If Bong is playing today then we should sing "you stink, and you know you do" to wind him up.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

This. Rather like the Chelsea incident where the ref was accused. In the heat of battle I can understand a mistake occurring. You would like to think that after the game the club and his teammates would have sat Bong down and said before this goes too far are you sure? Talk us through it.

It is sad that it has to go to an official inquiry before someone realises this was an obvious misunderstanding possibly due to language difficulties.

to accuse people of being 'racist' is a hate crime, a slander and should be defamatory. Except if backed up with tons of evidence.

far too easily, some people go around throwing the R word willy nilly.

FA tries to suppress opinions. Burnley fans booing Bong is "unacceptable".

Guess we know where Rodriguez will probably be heading in the summer, if he has a relegation release clause.

Claiming it was booing clearly wasn't getting them enough attention.

The entire game is filmed and recorded, on top of the thousands of cameras in the possession of the crowd. So where's the footage/evidence of this?

Even the Brighton fans don't believe it.

It would appear that Br13hton's halo seems to be choking them somewhat....now other clubs fans are seeing them for what they are
