I think our forwards always tense up when they get a shot on goal. Don’t need to try and smash it, like golf, boxing , cricket it’s about timing. Just think our lot need to relax a bit in a shooting situation. Some of them you can see them gritting their teeth and they fall over after shooting.
I bet when they are chilled out in training , they are pinging them in the top corners from a long way out.

I agree with the OP. We seem to freeze all over the park and give away ridiculous amounts of possession. I was okay with it when we first came up as we didn’t have the personnel to match our opponents. But now we have a first team that is quite decent, yet we still seem to play like we give the opposition far too much respect.
