My father recently passed away and in his possessions were a collection of Palace programs from the 1943 to 1947 period (Primarily home matches, but there are a few away ones as well.). They are in scrap books, together with press cuttings from the period.

Don't keep them in the garage (or a shed or the loft)!!! They must be kept away from cold damp places. Stick em under a bed if you have to but just keep them in the house! Edited by dorking (05 Apr 2018 7.26pm)

If by chance the programmes from the 50s include home to Colchester in 53/54 (I think it was New Year's Day, 1954), I would very much like it. It was my first Palace match.

Palaceboy1957 - what kind of condition are the programmes in? I'd certainly make you a decent offer for them and the scrapbooks. Can you give me a list?
