So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

I recently suffered a groin injury and it took me 2 months to shake it off, although he has supposedly top dolla treatment so hopefully it will be max a month setback

If Zaha is even a slight risk i would rather rest him for the Liverpool game and back for the more winnable games. Disaster if plays Saturday 75% fit and pulls up injured then out for several matches.

When I read this article it does make me wonder whether these players suffered the same injuries but just didn't get as incapacitated as modern footballers (especially when you read of the situation the soldiers were in before and after the matches)

With regards Wickham, lets not panic, he will be fit to start in 2025, so lets give him an extended contract until this time.
