I just phoned up to renew mine and my sons season tickets, and enquired about paying monthly.

I was told that If I look to pay monthly, then I can renew after the 25th March.

The early Bird offer runs until....you guessed, the 25th March.

I can pay monthly from the 26th March, which means I do not benefit from the early bird offer.

I am not the only one who has questioned this with the box office. to me it's sharp practice. Why not offer the early bird to those that might want to spread the cost over 10 months. Money is money at the end of the day.

It's things like this that really P me off, and also let Palace down.

Palace should treat everyone fairly, and in this case they are not.

Out of order

rub a dub dub who's buying the next round in the Pub?

My friend who has done similar received notice that as he had taken up the monthly direct debit scheme he would be award a further 200 points on top of the 500 points for renewing his season ticket
Really hacked off with this as I paid the lot up front
That 200 points could make the difference on qualifying for an away game ticket as it has done this year for Bournemouth where I was 100 points short
What price for loyalty

I thought the 200 extra points were for people who auto-renew?

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

That's how it has been for a few years.

It's the same with most things, if you can pay up front then you get the cheapest deal. Otherwise there is no incentive for people to pay the lump sum...

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

The auto-renew thing is a bit of a farce too. I signed up for it last year, but when they announced the season tickets this season, i couldn't find anything about auto-renew. I would have expected something on the document stating that all those who had signed up to auto-renew, your money will be taken on a certain day.

As the I sit in the Lower Holmesdale, and had the delay actually being able to renew, when we actually could renew, i didn't want to miss out on the cheapest possible price. So, i e-mailed the club asking if auto-renew was actually happening and didn't hear anything for a few days, so decided to renew my season ticket.

I then get an e-mail from the club telling me my ticket will be getting auto-renewed and the money will come out on the 27th of March. I also then get a letter from the club telling me it will come out on the 27th of March as well. I e-mail the club telling them that I've already renewed as i didn't hear back from them regarding auto-renewal, and i hope i still get my 200 points as it was due to lack of clubs organisation.

Got a pretty blunt reply from club telling me where to stick it, as apparently it does state on website when auto renewals will be taken, which you have two have a good search around to find, and it actually has the wrong date to the one that they sent out in the letter.

Just another example of how poorly the club is run behind the scenes. We really are a league 1 standard club when it comes to things like that.

Was your ticket on a fixed price from a few years ago? I only ask because they can’t keep the prices the same as they were 5 or 10 years ago forever.
I pay £650 or there abouts for my seat in the main stand.
