Being reported from a few outlets that we are lining up a 7mill bid for him, 23 goals for Peterborough this season and only 23.

This is a piece on his playing style written when he was still at Luton. He is only 5’8’ inches so quite small but powerful and quick over 20yds. A ‘fox in the box’ type player. Palace clearly need a player like this to get on the end of Benteke or Ulloa knockdowns, but whether this guy has what it takes to step up to PL level, who knows?

This ‘rumour’ states that Eder isn’t interested in coming to Palace, who is a smallish rugged fox in the box type player. So maybe Jack Marriott is the next option down for this kind of player?

I'm going to Lincoln City v Peterborough on Tuesday night, so I'll report back on here if he plays, for what it's worth. 18 goals so far this season and top scorer in that division is an achievement, it's just whether the gap between division 1 and the Premiership is too great. Part-exchange for Jordan Mutch perhaps?

What we need to do is hire the Peterborough scout who keeps finding these goal machines. Craig Mickail-Smith, Dwight Gayle, Brit Asombalonga, and now this guy.
has resisted writing a single post on the Ross McCormack thread !!! |
