23 year old Polish defender, can play central or left back. According to News Now he is in London for a medical with us.

In the modern game, in a role of a modern f.back as opposed to someone 'filling in' in a defensive role, i'd say pretty much no one. The two positions require totally different skillsets, and physicality.

maybe he's THAT good he can play in two positions. Got a bit of the Jonny Salads about him - good on the wing and capable in between the sticks

This guys not the only Pol who doesn't rate him. He's 23, which is still young but in modern footballing terms not that young, especially if he's not one for the first team. Seems a bit of an odd one but probably confirms we are unlikely to eventually see Riedewald play at centre half under Roy, which I think is a big shame. If he got given the chance to adapt to the league more, I think he could be a special centre half that would encourage us to play out from the back. Really hope we're getting the Dougie Freedman scouting nous from his Palace days and not his Bolton/Notts Forest days.
