After listening to that press conference, its seems as though Roy isn't best please with club's business so far this window; especially when probed further about making signings at the end of the window. Don't blame him one bit, although it's the same every year. I understand Parish and Dougie are wary over not overpaying for players earlier on in the window, but surely there is something we're missing? We needed 4, we now need 6, and to be honest i'd be surprised if we end up with 3!

Well hes doing a great job with his hands tied behind his back. He is not slow in coming forward old Roy so if he is not pleased with the business done come 1st February i'm sure he'll let us know! It does seem everything is against us at the moment.

To be fair, all of the bottom clubs are having trouble this window. Look at how little business has been done to date. I have a feeling the last few days are going to be crazy!

He didn't sound pissed off to me . I think too many try to read their own (unqualified) thoughts into what he says to satisfy their (again unqualified) thoughts.

Sounds like we know now why BFS would not stay, the one common denominator in all this is SP, whatever happens, once he gets involved in transfer talk with player or agents it all goes pear shaped!

You must have been dirctly involved with SP and Roy in the current transfer window negotiations to have that knowledge, so tell us exactly what is going on.

We are just a little over half way through the xfer window. Many clubs, with more money than Palace haven't signed any player yet either. You don't know what's going on at Palace, so what you say is pure conjecture.

He sounded more annoyed with the silly questions they kept asking even when he had already answered before. I didn't get any hint he was no pleased with what the club was trying to do in the transfer window but you can tell the injuries are not helping (only thing I worry about is if we do bring in bunch this window SP may not be willing to spend in summer) If Loftus-Cheek is going to be out for months we may as well just send him back to Chelsea and get another domestic loan in
