I recommend Pawson Road, Croydon. Pawson's Arms is at the end of the road nearest the ground. About a 10 min walk from there.

I used to park at The Brit School until one day I got a £60 parking fine!

Depends which way you're heading after. I park in Tennison Road as close to Selhurst Road as I can find. Quick and easy get away.

If you head up past the leisure center on Thornton heath high street past where the zone stops you should be fine, I work on the high street and park there every day no issue

Side streets of Northcote road is what I usually try. If that fails I use the paid end of Northcote toward Whitehorse lane. Sets you back a few pounds and is a 15 mins alk but there is usually place there.

Calling anything Pawson when it's within a stone's throw of Selhurst Park is asking for trouble. Is there a pub called the "Bobby and Mark?"

I always get a bus/train. Can't you park in the sainsburies carpark anymore? It's been a while since I drove to Selhurst but the last time I did it was a night game and I parked at Sainsbury's.

Often these supermarket car parks seem to be run by private operators now and have two hour limits. The lovely private parking people then sit around counting down your two hours so that they can gleefully slap on a ticket.

i would park ( free) near the original Crystal Palace and get the train for a 4 minute ride to Norwood Junction. For sentimental reasons.

Kayla did Anfield & Old Trafford
