Thought he was superb for Man U. Hasn’t cut it for the Hammers. Wonder if he’d suit our style?

Slaven Bilic signed him for £16 Mill.
Only 4 goals this season the last of which was scored in October.

Perfect for us. A nimble footed forward.
He has not done it at Spam but you don't become crap overnight. He is 29 though and maybe slowing down a bit?

I concur with these sentiments.
Regards his 'Fleet of foot' as far as I can see he appears a tad more portly than he was in his Man Utd days and doesn't appear as quick or mobile.
Perhaps I need to go to 'Specsavers' !

I think him + benteke up front would be quite a force. With that in mind I'd rather have him, than a 3rd sakho!

Agreed, personally think we should give this one a miss. Had him in my FPL team at the start of the season, thought he was gonna smash it for the Hammers but doesn't seem to be the player he once was.

To clarify, I am not agreeing you need to go to Specsavers!

4 goals in 1.000 minutes. Not exactly woeful, just off to a low start in a new team, with new teammates who he doesn't know and who don't know him.

David Moyes is an idiot. He sells the best players. Last year he had a decent Sunderland team, with players who had played well in the Premier League: Khazri was on fire after his transfer from France, Jermain Lens was constant, Giaccherini was a very fast, hard-working, national team player for Italy, van Aanholt was the left back with the most assists in the league.
What did David Moyes do? Let go of Giaccherini and Lens in pre-season. Brought in 36 year old Steven Pienaar. Sunderland bought defensive midfielder Ndong for 30 million (!!! yeah, you probably never heard of him either) . Moyes never used Khazri at all until a little in December (he's now playing well again in France at Rennes). Sold van Aanholt in winter to Palace.
Sunderland went doing like a sinking ship. So, please, nobody bring up that Chicharito is not playing for West Ham. He's not playing because their manager is one of the worst in existence. I wouldn't be surprised if he manages to relegate a team which has Michail Antonio, Lanzini, Chicharito or Andre Ayew. Cause it's what he does!

Regarding Chicharito, 4 goals in 1000 minutes this season. But also 34 goals and 6 assists in the Bundesliga and Champions League for Leverkusen in 5100 minutes. Plus, he was the best striker concerning goals to minutes played while at United in the PL.
I've seen him recently, age is showing a bit, this season he had some weight problems and hasn't moved as fast as he used. He's still technically clueless, but as long as he can keep running and harassing defenders he overcompensates. He just needs some good training to get back in shape.

At 15 million he'd be a steal.

But £10 million for Sakho isn,t! Interesting regarding your comments in 1st paragraph, you don't seem to want to use these "excuses" for players YOU do not rate.
