Michael Oliver (32), from Northumberland, who was in charge for the corresponding match - Frank de Boer’s last - in September.

His previous Palace matches this season were the draw at WBA and the home defeat v Arsenal.

Bobby Madley is fourth official.

Although Dermot Gallagher said pc Reg Hollis is probably the best ref in the prem (really?) he did say the Tarkowski challenge on Sakho was a clear cut penalty , ah yes he’s the best alright
